Weekend Yoga Retreat at Ash Tree Barns With Indian Cookery Experience

Join us on March 15th for our two and a half day yoga retreat with expert yoga teacher Rex, healthy breakfasts and delicious Indian meals. Make new friends, relax and simply enjoy the tranquillity at the beautiful Ash Tree Barns, Norfolk.

Friday 15th
15:00 Arrivals. Time to relax and refresh and jump in the hot tub
18:00 – Evening Pranayama & Meditation Practice using Mudras, Breath & Ancient Kriya Yoga Techniques
19:00 – Dinner (Vegetable Samosas & Tamarin Chutney, Vegetarian Curry & Rice with Dhal followed by dessert)

Saturday 16th
8:00 – Refreshments Pastry
8:45 РMorning Practice Get Up & Flow, Slow Flow Vinyasa with emphasis on Chakra’s with Deep Chakra Shavasana
10:30 – Breakfast (Granola, Yogurt, Fruits, Nuts, Teas & Coffee)
12:30 – Indian Cookery Experience (Introduction to Spices & Dal)
14:00 – Lunch (Dal & Rice)
15:30 – Afternoon Practice, Awakening the Kundalini
(Mat based practice using Hatha & Yin Yoga to explore the movement of Prana through our body)
17:30 – Indian Cookery Experience (currys & flat breads)
19:30 – Dinner (Delicious authentic Thali followed by dessert)

Sunday 17th
8:00 – Refreshments and pastries
8:45 – Morning practice, Twist & Shake Spring Detox
(As we move into spring the season of the wood element the liver and gall bladder are our focus – A fun class of Vinyasa flow with some groovy twists)
10:45 – Brunch (detox juice, granola, fruits, yogurt, nuts teas and coffees)
12:00- Take your time to say goodbye
