Hen parties always go down a storm at Ash Tree Barns and when groups arrive , there are lots of oooooo’s and ahhhhh’s when they’re excitedly being shown round!
As well as the offer of the luxury hen party accomodation, guests love discovering not only the quirkiness of the barns, with its unique boutique feel. How ever the barns still retain their individual character and charm being set in 3 – 4 acres of private, beautiful countryside.
Each room is individually themed, mostly with on suite bath rooms. Rooms ranging from “Red Riding Hood” themes, to the “Prairie” adorned with saddles and a western theme. We also have the “Coral room” which has a fun 60’s feel, taking you back to to another era in time.
For those who didn’t already know, the boot room ( or fancy dress room ) always brings up shrieks of laughter at the thought of trying on the fancy dress costumes and the odd wig or too to really get in to the party spirit!
There are lots of things to do should you do choose during your stay! As well as beauty treatments, cocktail making, murder mystery, dance classes, archery and many more, there are numerous beautiful places to walk locally, ( perhaps taking a picnic ) taking in all the wonderful scenery and beautiful surrounding countryside. For those that love cycling, it’s always a great idea to bring your bike to go off for a couple of hours and a chance to explore!
Ash Tree Barns is in the village of Narborough which also has an amazing house called “Narborough Hall” built in the time of King Henry the V111, the house set in beautiful grounds is now owned by the Merrison family. Prior to the Hall be built, there was evidence of an Iron Age settlement there.
Of course we often get asked about local pubs and places to eat. There are plenty of amazing choices and the food served up is often using great local produce. How ever, some groups love to go the whole hog and get one of our wonderful chefs to come over, giving them that little extra special treatment serving up some amazing fine dining experience to add to the celebrations!
It’s a fab hen part house and amazing place to arrange and celebrate your big day with a group of your best friends. Relaxing with a glass of bubbly in the beautiful Spanish themed fountain courtyard, or hot tub is always a great excuse for an exciting break or getaway!
