What is the booking procedure for securing the registrar and Ash Tree Barns?
This can be done simultaneously by booking the registrar online, (which is linked from our website) and the date can be provisionally held on our availability calendar.
Can we play music and what time does the music have to finish?
Yes music can go on until 11pm and after that time the doors have to shut but the party can continue inside.
Is catering provided in the wedding package?
No, but we give clients a list of our recommended suppliers, for them to make contact directly and chose catering to suit their needs.
Is the wedding furniture supplied as part of the wedding package?
No, this is available through our local supplier.
Can we have our own caterers?
Yes, but there is a surcharge.
Is there a bar?
Yes we have a bar and are licensed to sell and serve alcohol.
Is there a corkage charge if we wish to supply our own alcohol?
Yes there is and information pertaining to this can be found in our terms and conditions.
Can we bring our pets?
Pets are not allowed, however small dogs can be allowed at the ceremony only with prior agreement with the owners.
Do you offer a hair and make-up service?
Yes we can offer this service; one of the owners is a qualified hair and make-up artist. It’s likely a trial will be required beforehand.
Can we have fireworks?
No, fireworks are not permitted.
